Terms for using Nudge.

These Terms govern access to and use of Nudge, including its WhatsApp-based reminder experience, web application and supported connected-service features.

1. Using Nudge

You may use Nudge only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for information and instructions you submit and for maintaining appropriate control of your devices and accounts.

2. Reminder service

Nudge is intended to assist with organisation and follow-through. It should not be relied upon as the sole mechanism for life-critical, emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety or similarly high-risk obligations. Network failures, third-party outages, incorrect source information and other circumstances may delay or prevent delivery.

3. Connected services

You may choose to connect supported third-party applications. Those services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You authorise Nudge to use the permissions you approve only for providing the corresponding connected features.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Nudge to violate law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access, distribute malicious material, harass others, impersonate others, abuse communications channels or attempt to defeat service security or usage controls.

5. Plans, billing and subscriptions

Some capabilities may require a paid plan, credit pack or other entitlement. Prices, limits, renewal conditions and applicable billing terms are shown before purchase or within the billing interface. Access to paid features may be restricted when the corresponding subscription or entitlement is inactive.

6. Your content

You retain your rights in information you submit to Nudge. You grant Nudge the permissions reasonably necessary to process that information for operating, securing and providing the service.

7. Availability and changes

Nudge may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary for product, security, legal or operational reasons.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where required by law, security concerns, abuse, material breach of these Terms or non-payment of applicable charges. You may stop using Nudge and disconnect supported external accounts at any time.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nudge is provided on an “as available” basis. Automated interpretation can make mistakes, and users should review important reminder details and connected information.

10. Liability

Any limitation or exclusion of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
