About Nudge

Nudge helps you remember what matters.

Nudge is a WhatsApp-first reminder and productivity application for individuals and teams. It turns messages, email, calendar events and tasks into timely reminders and follow-ups, then helps users act on them through WhatsApp and the Nudge web application.

You can create reminders directly from WhatsApp and optionally connect supported services such as Google. When Google is connected, Nudge uses only the Google data and permissions you authorise to identify dates, meetings, tasks and commitments and to provide the reminder features you requested.

How Nudge uses Google data

Connecting Google is optional. Nudge requests access only after you choose to connect your Google account and uses the authorised information to support reminder and follow-up features.

Gmail

With your permission, Nudge can read Gmail content you authorise to identify actionable deadlines, commitments and follow-ups that may need a reminder.

Google Calendar

Nudge can read calendar events you authorise to help surface upcoming meetings, appointments and time-sensitive commitments.

Google Tasks

Nudge can read your Google Tasks and their due dates so those obligations can be reflected in your reminder workflow.

Read-only Google access. Nudge's current Google integration is designed to read the Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Tasks information you authorise. It does not require permission to send Gmail messages, modify or delete Gmail content, edit calendar events, or modify Google Tasks.

You control whether Google is connected and can disconnect a connected account from Nudge at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details about how connected-service data is accessed, used, stored and shared.

Google API data use. Nudge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Nudge does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google Workspace data to train or improve generalised AI or machine-learning models.
